1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or product delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.

• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

• This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship to Australia, United States.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Damages or Lost Packages

Löma is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged:

• Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
