Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Löma. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days

3. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@loma.baby

4. Shipping for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
